i went to Phnom Penh 2 months ago and i discovered this place i've never seen before:
a Belgian restaurant named "la Patate" A guy from La Louvière runs the place.....fries, beers....and some specialities....if you are on diet you should avoid this place !!! :)

If you want a good cheap coffee to take away, ....you can find this cool guy on le loi street every morning and get your coffee for 10.000 dongs (50 cents)
Si vous voulez un bon café pas cher à emporter, .... vous pouvez trouver ce cool mec sur la rue Le Loi tous les matins et acheter un café pour 10.000 dongs (50 cents)
